Dr. Garry McDaniel an Associate Dean for the Center for Professional Training and Development at Franklin University responsible for providing state-wide, national, and international certificate programs, management and employee training and consulting services. Dr. McDaniel has served on the undergraduate and MBA faculty at Franklin University and led the Global Leadership & Succession Planning efforts for a world-wide semiconductor manufacturer. In addition, he has authored two books, Conflict to Cooperation: A process for mediating group differences, and Managing the business: How successful managers align management systems with business strategy as well as numerous articles.
